The art deco glass shade of this lamp is what originally drew me to it! Very nice condition, with excellent custard glass - glossy interior and a matte exterior, artfully hand painted. The base is Accurate brass, with a key turn-switch to turn it on and off. The bulb (included) is flickering, to emulate an oil lamp. It measures 9"T x 5"W. The shade does not secure to the base, but rests inside ...

I'm laid back and easy to get along with. Just trying to find a place with someone who doesn't like drama.

This is a stunning 2-handled vase, orange opaline glass cased over white. The simplicity of the glass and absence of intricate trims or interior embellishments speaks to Empoli glass likely from the 1950's or 60's. Each time I see it, it reminds me of a woman standing with her hands on her hips. :) Two white glass handles, applied to the vase. No chips or cracks, it's in excellent condition and...

This beautiful vase is cast bronze and has an incredible gold and silver inlay. It stands 10" tall and has a simple, elegant teardrop shape. The blue sheen results are obtained by a chemical patination technique applied directly to the bronze, and the inlays feature cranes in flight and are iridescent gold and silver on the surface of the vase. There is some light scratching to the surface pain...

This is a stunning pink opaline glass pitcher with an applied black glass handle. Opaline glass dates back to the 16th century and was made popular in Europe when oxides were added to the glass making process to give the opaline and opalescent effect. Pictures don't do this piece justice, it's simply gorgeous and is not pink glass cased in clear, but truly opaline glass, which I tried to captur...

This is an excellent antique slag glass pendant light with 4 panels of caramel slag glass. The lamp has not been tested, as it can't be plugged into an outlet, but it does have 4 long lightbulbs included. All pieces are present and secure; the panels have no cracks that I've found. The Union sticker indicates this would have been somewhere around 1905-1910. The weight of the piece seems to be i...
